At Quinnipiac University, wellness matters. Living Well is a university-wide initiative to provide Quinnipiac University faculty and staff with tools, resources and support to achieve their own wellness goals.
The Living Well team is dedicated to educating, motivating, and empowering individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices. We encourage you to visit the various sections of our Health & Wellness website for health tips and resources for everyday use. Click on any of the  tabs to the left for fitness classes, useful links, healthy recipes, and other resources to help you manage your health.
We’ve created a Facebook group to develop an online wellness community for QU employees. Stay up to date on upcoming events and programs, connect with others and share support/motivation during wellness programs, and enjoy wellness tips!  You don’t have to be friends with QU on Facebook to join the group – just visit this link and click Join Group.
