HR Information Services (HRIS)
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) serves as the intersection between human resources and information technology. Our primary focus is on establishing functional solutions to integrated systems for the administration and deployment of strategic HR information and services. We provide the University community with HR system support i.e. Timekeeping and Application Tracking System to ensure a streamlined, effective, and efficient experience for all users. HRIS aids in the University’s strategic planning initiatives and mission by managing procedures and ensuring compliance related to data reporting requirements, data integrity, and employee demographic records.
Data Report Request:
We have created the HRIS Request Form to improve the process and streamline our internal requests for employee data from Human Resources. Please fill out the form for Reports, Org Charts, Manager Changes, Position ID requests, and so much more! Once the form is submitted, it is received by HRIS and you will be contacted if there are any questions regarding your request. The expected turnaround time is within 5 business days depending on the complexity of the request.
