Talent Acquisition provides expertise to attract and engage a high performing, diverse workforce. We partner with hiring managers and search committees to enable strategic talent delivery and optimization of talent investment. We provide guidance on recruiting and selecting the most talented individuals. We can address a full range of issues including recruitment, hiring, application of employment policies and procedures, and other essential employment services. Our main focus is on strong relationship management and providing hiring managers and search committees with tools and resources and applicants with a positive candidate experience. We will meet the current and future employment needs of the University by focusing on:

  • Strategic sourcing and selection - positioning the University as an employer of choice

  • Talent pool assessment - leveraging critical selection factors to evaluate fit and engagement level and proactively build candidate pipelines

  • Successful candidate experiences - creating a positive candidate experience from initial conversations through extension of an offer

  • Onboarding - acclimating and engaging new hires from the beginning of their life cycle with us by ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued which leads to productive members of the community.
